Requirements for CAREGIVING COURSE
I. Entrance Requirement
To qualify for the Caregiving Course, the following must be met:
1. Applicant must have the ability to speak, read and listen to the English language
at a level sufficient to communicate effectively in an unsupervised setting.
2. •For Non-Canada applicant - must have successfully completed secondary
education (High School)
• For Canada applicant - must have completed at least 72 units or second year
college.
3. Physically and mentally fit;
4. Good moral character and
5. at least 18 years of age
II. Admission Credentials
1. Upon enrollment, the applicant must submit a copy of the following requirements:
a. College Diploma (if graduated)
b. Transcript of Records or a Certification of Grades & No. of units from a school
registrar (if undergraduate)
c. Birth Certificate
d. Marriage Certificate (for married female applicant)
e. NBI Clearance (local)
f. Resume
g. Pictures: 2 pcs. Passport size photo, colored
3 pcs. 1x1 colored ID picture, with white background
h. 1 long brown envelope
